details.

What's your cancellation policy?
Twenty-four hours' notice, no charge. Inside that window we ask for 50% of the treatment cost, because the appointment can rarely be refilled. Genuine emergencies are always waived and we don't make you explain yourself twice.
Do I need to prepare?
For a consultation, come with your skin as it usually is - makeup is fine, we'll remove it. For laser or peels, avoid sun exposure and stop retinoids five days before; we'll send a specific list when you book.
Can I bring someone?
Of course. There's seating in the treatment room and plenty of people bring a partner or a friend, particularly to a first injectables appointment.
Do you offer payment plans?
For courses over $1,000, yes - split across the sessions at no additional cost. We don't work with third-party financing companies.
